Guide

How a verification actually runs, and what is kept afterwards. Read the step you are on; the rest will still be here.

Step 1 You receive a link, not a login

A verification is opened for you and the address is mailed to you. The link carries the whole session, so there is no password to lose and no account to create. Opening this site without that link cannot start a verification — that is deliberate.

Step 2 The document, then a live capture

A passport, a driving licence or a national identity card, and then a short live capture on the same device. The camera and microphone are asked for on this page only, and only while the step is open.

Step 3 The address a request comes from is judged too

VPN, proxy, Tor, a rented server, a residential proxy, and a real address leaking from behind one of them. The answer is a decision with a readable reason, not a raw label — and a suspicious address asks you to prove it is you rather than refusing you flatly.

Step 4 What is kept, and for how long

The retention window and the handling rules of each product are written on the product itself, in the catalogue, and are shown with it on the overview. Where a business commissioned the check, it receives the outcome and the reason — the document itself only with your agreement.

Step 5 If something goes wrong

A link is valid for a limited time; an expired one is re-issued rather than repaired. If the camera step will not start, the page says why instead of spinning — and the same page carries the support address.
